1.

John Maloney brings the Planes of Fame Air Museum’s rare Seversky AT-12 Guardsman in close to the Air Classics magazine Beechcraft Baron photo ship during practice for the 2013 Chino airshow.

2.

Keith Skilling is seen flying a Sopwith Pup at Classic Fighters 2013. The Pup is one of two operated by The Vintage Aviator Limited and was built from original plans. It is powered by a rotary engine built from scratch by the same company. This is a huge step forward for the reproduction of engines from that era as original engines in airworthy condition are very difficult to find.

3.

Tony Wright of Auburn heads for home in his Stinson V-77 Reliant after the Mustangs and More fly-in at the Nut Tree Airport in Vacaville, California. Tony's Stinson was built in 1944 for the military as an AT-19 navigation trainer and is now powered by a 450 hp Pratt and Whitney R-985.

4.

Andy Anderson’s 1970 British Aircraft Corp. (BAC) 167 Strikemaster “The Dragon” (Serial Number EEP-JP-3236) landing at Toronto’s Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Andy was returning after his demonstration flight at the 2013 Canadian International Airshow.

5.

Dan Friedkin is seen landing Comanche Fighters’ Spitfire Mk Ia on the grass at Duxford during Flying Legends 2013. Although painted to represent P7308 XR-D of 71 Eagle Squadron, the Spitfire is actually AR213.

6.

Royal Australian Air Force Boeing E-7A Wedgetail, A30-001 on short finals for Nellis AFB runway 21L after participating in Red Flag 13-3 Exercise on 05 March 2013.
