Stallion 51 Corporation

Stallion 51 Corporation is a FAA certified
organization that conducts various flight operations in
the P-51 Mustang and the T6 Texan. Created by
visionaries Doug Schultz and Lee Lauderback in 1987,
Stallion 51 has evolved to become the world-premier P-51
Mustang flight operation, which specializes in
Orientation Flights, Checkout & Re-Current Training,
Military Contracts, Unusual Attitude Training and Air
Shows.
Stallion 51 has also expanded its horizon’s, to three
other new and exciting divisions of the company: Texan
Flight Operations, AvMed 51, and Group 51.
The heart of Stallion 51 is a state-of –the-art
hangar facility located at the Kissimmee Gateway Airport
in Kissimmee, FL and is the home to Crazy Horse and its
sister-ship Crazy Horse 2 the dual-control / dual
cockpit TF-51 Mustangs.
The Orientation Flight Program offers a rare and
exhilarating experience! Whether you have little or no
flight experience, you will be encouraged to do the
majority of the flying accompanied by one of our highly
experienced instructor pilots. The entire experience is
captured on a 3-camera on-board high-resolution digital
video system allowing you to share your experience with
your friends and family for many years to come.
Checkout Training Program is a specialized course
designed fro the owner / pilot or potential owner of a
P-51 Mustang or similar high performance WWII fighter
aircraft. The FAA, major insurance companies and
respected members of the aviation community, endorse the
course.
Re-Current Training Program is a program course
designed for polishing up skills, reviewing procedures
and practicing maneuvers annually with an experienced
instructor that is necessary in any high performance
warbird fighter aircraft.
Unusual Attitude Training Program is a specialized
course program that is for pilots that wish to
experience flight regimes that they normally do not
experience in their routine day-to-day flying. The TF-51
has control pressures much like corporate and commercial
airplanes and can be flown without pitch or bank
restriction to replicate most aircraft’s possible flight
envelope.
Air Shows are conducted across the country at various
different air shows. The Mustang Demonstration is
dedicated to the P-51 Mustang and its history as being
arguably the most famous fighter of World War II. In
addition to the Mustang Demonstration, Lee also
participates in the USAF Heritage Flight Program. This
unique demonstration includes close formation with the
USAF best of the best: the A-10 Warthog, F-16 Viper and
the F22 Raptor. The USAF Heritage Flight Program allows
the public to see first-hand the heritage of the “old
and the new” fighter aircraft and pays tribute to the
legends of the past and the heroes of today.

STALLION 51’S OTHER DIVISIONS:

The new aircraft sales division, GROUP 51, deals
primarily with P-51 Mustangs, in addition to other
vintage war bird engines and rare parts. Group 51 has
more than 25 years of operational experience and
specializes in Mustangs and other WWII fighters as well
as locating hard-to-find parts that seldom reach the
open market.

AVMED 51 is a fully operational Aviation Medicine and
Pilot Oriented Medical Clinic, that focuses on the care
and well-being of aviators and flight crews at all
levels of experience and backgrounds. AvMed 51
specializes in FAA Special Issuance medicine and all

tailored to the aviator and aircrew. Dr. William T.
